Ani-Jam

Ani-Jam 2008 drawings Wednesday September 16th
6:00–9:00 PM
Rendezvous Red Velvet Lounge
2322 2nd Ave, Seattle, WA 98121
21+ venue

Hi Everyone,

It's time for another Ani-Jam. A lot of you came out for Straight to Ink last year. Click on the drawings to see last years film.

We'll be meeting at the Red Velvet Lounge (upstairs at Rendezvous in Belltown). We'll supply the light tables, pens and camera. All you need to do is show up for an evening of drawing, drinking, food, fun and socializing!

Everyone at the Ani-Jam will have the chance to draw 10 frames of animation. We'll have 4 or 5 light tables set-up to keep things moving along. Someone draws 10 frames to start. Then the drawings are handed to the next person who adds 10 frames of their own. The drawings keep getting passed from animator to animator. After everyone has had a chance or two to draw, we'll add some tweens to tie all the stacks together. The drawings will be digitized right there. Then at the end of the evening we'll screen the animation.
