About The 38th Seattle International Film Festival

We're excited about the SIFF line up this year! Films include Studio Ghibli's film Only Yesterday which has been largely unseen in the U.S. It is their only feature not yet released in theaters or on DVD. There are also animation programs to look forward to like Animation For Adults and Family Picture Show. Take a look at our Facebook events page and come see Animation For Adults with the group!

One of the top film festivals in North America, the Seattle International Film Festival is the largest, most highly-attended film festival in the United States reaching more than 150,000 annually. The 25-day festival is renowned for its wide-ranging and eclectic programming presenting over 250 features and 150 short films from over 70 countries.

Congratulations to Tess Martin who has 2 films screening at SIFF. The Whale Story will screen as part of Animation For Adults, and you can watch Hula Hoop on YouTube and find out more about Tess and SEAT at www.filmandscissors.com.
